Returns & Exchanges
EXCHANGE POLICY:
There is no exchange policy as per customer’s liking or disliking of the product.
An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the event the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer.
Made-to-order and bespoke items of clothing as well as un-stitched fabric do not qualify for return, exchange or cancellation in case of absence of any defect.
RETURN POLICY:
All orders are final, and non-refundable, but you can exchange in an event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability. Any exchange/returns should be brought to our notice with one-week of the receipt. Any claims made afterwards would not be honoured.
An item can be returned to the store or delivered to the store address.
REFUND POLICY:
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase. The product must not be delivered to you in any way. If the product is delivered to you, or you have initiated the cancellation after 24 hours have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
All returns or refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
