All made-to-order articles will be ready to ship within 15 – 20 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All orders are final, and non-refundable, but you can exchange in an event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability.

Any deliveries within Dhaka will be completed within 5 days, and outside of Dhaka within 10 business days.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase. The product must not be delivered to you in any way.
